Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a dedicated Cashier in Miami, Florida. The role involves handling funds, recording transactions, data entry, and supporting daily financial tasks across routes and offices.

The position requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Responsibilities include auditing cash, posting discrepancies, preparing deposits, and assisting the accounting team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with Ten key by touch.
• 1 year experience with cashier/cash handling.
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Lift approximately 50-70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Account for money collected daily from assigned routes.
• Post discrepancies in invoice totals compared to cash collected.
• Assist other cashiers in completing daily tasks.
• Collect settlement packets from drivers.
• Collect and record all payments received.
• Review and verify that all invoices have been included as listed on sales report.
• Organize all paperwork including invoices in numerical order.
• Identify and record problems for driver supervisor to review.
• Use of counting machine.
• Prepare bank deposits and other necessary paperwork.
• Assist accounting department with data entry.
• Acts as backup for the receptionist’s breaks, lunches, days off.
• Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct routine audits and assessments to track compliance levels, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Data and Reporting: Process, identify, and maintain audit findings, documentation, & trending data. Publish weekly compliance scorecard to highlight finds and update MAPs
• Other tasks as needed and directed by supervisor.

Job Overview

Cashier - Miami, Florida

Receives funds from customers and employees. May disburse funds, record monetary transactions, and/or issue receipts for funds received. May perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, data entry, general inventory duties, etc.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 9:00am until finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $19.00 per hour.
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
