Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Midland, TX is seeking a Driver non-CDL responsible for delivering to small format, on premise, and off-premise accounts, providing customer service and merchandising.

This full-time role offers overtime flexibility, benefits, and a pay progression from $22.52 to $23.74 per hour after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• DOT medical card within first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to scheduled accounts on time and in good condition.
• Rotate brands and packages to prevent past-dated products reaching consumers.
• Collect and track cash/credit proceeds and products removed from inventories.
• Compute and record transactions for all related cash, checks, and documents.
• Provide shelf merchandising to stores upon request by manager or customer.
• Maintain assigned vehicle in accordance with safety regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Overview

Driver non-CDL Delivers to small format, on premise, off-premise, and tell sell clients. In store, our drivers provide customer service and merchandise product. Shift and Schedule Monday through Friday 5:00am until route is finished Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Local routes

Position Responsibilities

1. Delivers products to scheduled accounts in good condition and within scheduled delivery time.
2. Assures brands and packages are rotated properly, safeguarding against past-dated products available to consumers.
3. Collects and tracks cash/credit proceeds and products removed from inventories.
4. Computes and records transactions for all related cash, checks, and documents.
5. Provides shelf merchandising to stores upon request by manager or customer.
6. Maintains assigned vehicle in accordance to applicable safety regulations.
7. Other duties may be assigned.

Total Rewards

Pay starting at $22.52 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $23.74 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
