Job summary

Ripken Baseball is seeking an energetic concession staff member to support daily operations in our food and beverage areas. You will ring up sales, assist customers, and help prepare orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, organizing displays, receiving inventory, and maintaining a clean dining area. Weekend/evening shifts are required; must be 21+ with strong work ethic and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years food and beverage work experience.
• Ability to work day, evening, and weekends as determined by supervisor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and offer a "high five" experience.
• Must be 21+.

As a member of The Big League Dreams team, you will be working under the direction of the Food and Beverage Director. You job duties will range from checkout, stocking and organizing, inventory, cleaning, and providing world class customer service to our teams and families that enter our complex.

Special Physical Requirements of the Job/Working Conditions:

• Routinely required to work extended hours of time including weekdays/nights, and weekends.
• Must be able to move quickly to assist customers.
• Reach for high placed boxes and items, handle or feel objects or controls, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb stairs.
• Routinely lift or move up to 50 pounds at least 20% of the time.
• Stand for long periods of time.Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, dust and particles, and loud noises.
