Job summary

Unrivaled Sports in Las Vegas is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee all F&B operations within the youth sports complex. You’ll ensure high-quality service, product consistency, and compliance with health and safety standards in a fast-paced family environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food service or hospitality with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in hospitality preferred.
• 2+ years in food service or hospitality; at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexible scheduling; able to work standard hours and swing shifts.
• Experience in youth- or sports-focused environments is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Train new staff and on the spot coaching with existing staff
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment
• Control inventory and handle cash transactions and nightly reports
• Communication with management about all areas of concern and opportunities

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in food service or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work standard hours as well as swing shift
