AUBERGINE KITCHEN is hiring a friendly Cashier for front-of-house operations in Las Vegas. The role focuses on warmly greeting guests, accurately taking orders, and handling payments at the counter. You will need to know the menu well and assist guests with questions while keeping the area clean and stocked.

The position offers both full-time and part-time hours, with a guaranteed $15.00 per hour base pay plus tips. A supportive team environment values hospitality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Full English fluency required.
• Warmth and hospitality instincts are essential.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Full English fluency required — non-negotiable for this role; genuine warmth and hospitality instincts are the other non-negotiable.
• Speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment; composure with difficult guests; curiosity to know the menu deeply.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet every guest warmly, take orders accurately and process payments at the counter.
• Know the menu and answer guest questions with confidence.
• Keep the counter, register and dining area clean and stocked.
• Work with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service fast and friendly.
