Job summary

Wingstop is hiring immediately for Cashiers to join their team in Holly Springs, NC. The cashier acts as the first point of contact, greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders with a smile.

You will ring up sales on the POS system, handle inquiries, and assist other positions when needed. You will also verify the age of guests ordering beer or wine, ensure safe handling procedures, and help maintain clean facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest interaction is desirable.
• Willingness to learn product details and procedures and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant.
• Assist all other positions when necessary.
• Lead guest contact and properly ring in all sales through the POS/register system.
• Greet guests, handle inquiries, and take accurate orders.
• Verify age of guests requesting beer or wine and fill beverage orders.
• Resolve low level customer issues with a positive attitude.
• Keep the Fountain Dispenser counter clean and stocked and maintain dining room cleanliness.

Greeting guests when they arrive, answering the phone, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders to the guest – all with a great attitude and a smile!

CASHIER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times.


• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.


• Up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes.


• Open and/or close the Restaurant.


• Assist all other positions when necessary.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Lead Guest Contact


• Greet all guests.


• Handle all orders and inquiries.


• Properly ring in all sales through the POS/register system.


• Ask for add-on sales.


• Collect payment.


• Verify age of all guests requesting beer or wine, and fill beverage orders.


• Resolve low level customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.


• Ensure the quality of the food, service and facilities.


• Keep the Fountain Dispenser counter clean and stocked.


• Clean the tables, chairs, doors, windows and dining room floor.
