Job summary

Wingstop in Wilmington, NC is hiring immediately for Cashiers to join our team. The cashier has direct guest contact, greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders with a smile.

You will open/close the restaurant, operate the POS, handle payments, and ensure a positive Wingstop experience through friendly service. Bi-weekly pay and paid training, flexible scheduling, and a fun work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and handling inquiries.
• Accurate order taking and order delivery.
• Knowledge of product updates and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant.
• Assist all other positions when necessary.

• Verify age for beer or wine orders.

• Keep the Fountain Dispenser counter clean and stocked.
• Clean the tables, chairs, doors, windows and dining room floor.

Greeting guests when they arrive, answering the phone, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders to the guest – all with a great attitude and a smile!
