Swamp Rabbit Cafe is seeking energetic team members to help us serve the community with fresh, local food and a welcoming space. You will ring up orders, share knowledge about seasonal offerings, and help maintain a lively, friendly atmosphere in a fast-paced cafe.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer products quickly and accurately, inputs cafe food orders and bags groceries.
• Maintains a welcoming, helpful demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Communicates knowledge about seasonal ingredients, cafe menu specifics and SRCG facts.
• Fulfills draft beer orders following quality, portion and presentation standards.
• Assists customers with menu questions and makes recommendations.

Requirements

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Quickly but accurately rings up customer products, inputs Cafe food orders and efficiently and correctly bags groceries
• Maintains positive, helpful and welcoming demeanor throughout each interaction in this fast paced, high volume environment
• Communicates knowledgeably about seasonal ingredients, Cafe menu specifics and general SRCG facts
• Responsible for fulfilling draft beer orders following quality, portion and presentation standards
• Assists customers with menu questions and suggestions, maintaining high customer service at all times
