Job summary

El Capitan Canyon Resort is seeking a friendly Server/Cashier to join our luxury glamping team in Santa Barbara, CA. You will report to the Assistant General Manager and work in a fast-paced environment to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, making menu recommendations, handling cash and POS, and assisting in retail duties. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders quickly.
• Previous POS experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high-profile clients.
• Reliable and highly responsible.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous, even under stress.
• Able to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
