Responsibilities

1. Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude, including answering menu questions.
2. Input orders into the POS system and process payments accurately.
3. Assist in preparing cold and hot subs according to customer specifications, following safety and sanitation standards.
4. Operate kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, and slicers safely.
5. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, floors, utensils, and restrooms daily.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding schedules, training, and issues.
7. Address customer concerns professionally and resolve problems per company policies.
8. Wear the required uniform and adhere to dress code standards.
