Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand in Alabama, is hiring immediately! As a Crew Member, your role is to serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; prepare and cook food; and package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and organized manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Welcome guests warmly, promote positivity, and greet with enthusiasm. Strive for efficiency, accuracy, and speed in service. Fill orders completely within service times. Handle payments accurately, give correct change, and thank customers, inviting them to return. Manage cash drawer responsibly, perform cash drops, and maintain security. Report any issues promptly. Address customer complaints and problems. Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, exterior trash, drive-thru menu board, dining area, and restrooms.
• Training and Experience: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
