Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly cashier to join our team at a fast-paced, high-volume family entertainment center. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing the cash register, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. Additionally, you will take orders, prepare food, and ensure the restaurant remains clean and organized. The position offers commissions based on race package sales and tips when assigned to the Paddock lounge.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process their orders through the cash register
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, in person and over the phone
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain records of transactions and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure timely delivery
• Keep the paddock lounge clean and organized, including stocking and cleaning duties
• Coordinate and schedule races efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Promote and sell race packages, earning commissions based on sales
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Bend, stoop, and reach as needed

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience in cash handling or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate and Alcohol Handlers Card after hiring
