Duties and Responsibilities

The role involves:

1. Completing all training requirements including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and station training.
2. Providing friendly, enthusiastic service; greeting and thanking guests.
3. Maintaining awareness of current promotions and explaining menu items.
4. Accurately processing orders and transactions, handling payments, and maintaining receipts.
5. Keeping guest areas clean and organized, including dining room, counters, and bathrooms.
6. Maintaining equipment and stocking supplies.
7. Preparing menu items according to standards and safety guidelines.
8. Assisting with kitchen tasks as needed.
9. Performing other duties with a sense of urgency and safety awareness.
