Job summary

Buona is hiring a Front of House Guest Service Associate in Chicago to greet guests, learn cashier, expediter, and drive-thru duties, record orders, process payments, and serve food to high standards.

You will maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and assist with take-out and phone orders, working with a friendly team to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a positive attitude are required.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: take orders, handle payments, greet guests.
• Expediter/server duties: ensure food is prepared correctly and served promptly.
• Assist with take-out/phone orders and overall cleanliness.

From $16.75 per hour - $17.5 per hour ; based on experience + tips

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
