Job summary

Buona is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru tasks. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and process payments while upholding high food quality and a clean workspace.

You will perform cashier duties, expedited orders, and assist with take-out. The role requires quick, accurate service in a fast-paced setting and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, record orders accurately and take payments.
• Coordinate cashier, expediter and drive-thru tasks.
• Ensure food is prepared to standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with take-out/phone orders and teamwork with kitchen staff.

From $15 per hour - $17 per hour ; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and positive attitude
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
