Job summary

Buona is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate in Algonquin, IL. You will learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru roles, greet guests, record orders, and process payments while upholding high food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, expediter/server coordination, and helping with take-out orders, with emphasis on teamwork, speed, and accuracy. Must have a Food Handler certificate and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.
• Customer service skills with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

From $15 per hour - $17 per hour ; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
