Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Oak Park, IL is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate. You will learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties, greet guests with a smile, record orders accurately and process payments promptly.

Responsibilities include cashier duties (menu knowledge, enthusiastic service, teamwork, friendly greetings) and expediter/server tasks (check food quality, coordinate with kitchen, assist take-out orders, keep areas clean).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude are required.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate and maintain a clean, sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and record orders accurately.
• Take payments and manage cash register.
• Learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties and coordinate with kitchen and servers.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace while serving guests.

From $15 per hour - $17 per hour ; based on experience + tips.

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
