Job summary

PCC Community Markets in Bothell, WA is hiring a cashier to provide excellent, professional customer service and accurately process orders and payments at the register. You will promote PCC membership and programs while delivering speedy, friendly service throughout the shift.

This role requires the ability to work mornings, middays, and weekends, with physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 40 lbs. We offer benefits and a positive, values-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service
• Available to work mornings, mid-day shifts and weekends
• Must demonstrate basic math skills and proficiency at 10-key
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Previous retail or public customer contact experience desired; background in cashiering or retail grocery industry preferred
• Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-40lbs regularly
• A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
