Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at the check lane.
• Operate the POS system, handling various tenders and adhering to company policies regarding cash limits and restricted sale items.
• Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Follow safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and notify management.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing assistance.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Work effectively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
