• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to learn multiple financial systems and work with offshore partners.

Aufgaben

• Process cash disbursements, refunds, bank reversals, and other cash-related transactions accurately and within established timelines.
• Research and resolve unidentified cash, unapplied payments, and other outstanding cash items.
• Investigate billing and collections escalations and coordinate with appropriate teams to facilitate timely resolution.
• Review payment details, account information, and supporting documentation to determine appropriate processing and disposition.
• Monitor outstanding items, follow established procedures, and elevate complex or unresolved issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation in accordance with operational controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal business partners, billing and collections teams, and offshore resources to support efficient daily operations.
• Utilize multiple financial and policy administration systems to research, process, and resolve cash-related transactions.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports to track processing volumes, outstanding items, and work completion.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate opportunities to improve processing efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
• Adhere to established quality standards, service-level agreements, and internal control requirements.
