Responsibilities

• Reduce aged receivables and unapplied cash by following collections procedures with escalation as needed.
• Establish account parameters in SBS within 48 hours for accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with business units and external clients to understand servicing needs and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Provide guidance on funding and payment methods to meet client needs while maintaining cash flow.
• Generate accurate departmental reporting within required timeframes.
• Negotiate account reconciliations to a successful conclusion.
• Participate in special projects and system improvements, including writing business requirements or testing.
