Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in cash management, treasury operations, mortgage servicing operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading supervisors, managers, or teams.
• Mortgage banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee daily operations of cash management functions across multiple lines of business.
• Ensure accurate posting, reconciliation, disbursement, and reporting of cash transactions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Establish department goals, metrics, and service level standards aligned with objectives.
• Foster accountability, excellence, and customer service in operations.
• Provide strategic direction to managers and supervisory staff in Cash Operations.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and liquidity management across units.
• Direct loan-level cash disbursement activities complying with investor and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risk.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
