Loomis US is seeking a Cash Management Service Teller Lead to supervise cash operations within vaulted facilities and to oversee staff performance. The role ensures security and accurate handling of currency and coin, while aligning with compliance and audit requirements.

You will schedule staffing, enforce procedures, and participate in training. This position emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering reliable customer service in a fast-paced environment at Loomis branches.

Qualifications

• Supervise workflow of cash operations within a vaulted facility and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure accountability and security of all currency and coin in transit daily.
• Provide feedback on staffing, performance appraisals, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor policies to ensure accountability and security of currency/coins in transit.
• Schedule staffing to meet productivity goals and approve exceptions.
• Review operating systems; maintain process effectiveness and control.
• Conduct routine audits and document results.
• Lead in ensuring standards are met and provide coaching to CMS personnel.
• Report disciplinary actions to CMS Supervisor and determine action.
