Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide fast, pleasant checkout experience following Guest Service Standards.
• Prepare weekly cash report and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information and process invoices and transfers.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits according to policy.
• Oversee cashier activities and provide support (retail verification, loans, pickups).
• Handle payroll check approval/cashing according to policy.
• Ensure accurate daily cash count.
• Process guest orders to maintain No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain security of the cash office and cashier tills.
• Monitor and analyze Operator Activity Report; perform till audits and accuracy checks.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule to ensure guest service level.
