Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting: Prepare weekly cash report and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information and process invoices and transfers.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Cash Related Activities: Prepare bank deposits and oversee cashier activities.
• Handle payroll check approval/cashing and ensure accurate daily cash count.
• Process guest orders and provide No Noticeable Wait service.
• Cash Office Security: ensure security of cash office and tills.
• Monitor Operator Activity Reports and perform cashier till audits.
• Maintain front-end schedules to ensure guest service levels.
