Responsibilities

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting.
• Prepare weekly cash report and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits according to policy.
• Handle cashier and front-end audits and accuracy checks.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule to ensure guest service levels.
• Process guest orders to support No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
