Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting
• Prepare weekly cash report and documentation
• Maintain sales related information
• Process invoices and transfers
• Process beer/wine payments
• Prepare bank deposits
• Oversee cashier-related activities
• Ensure daily cash accuracy
• Handle guest requests (money orders, stamps, etc.)
• Process returned checks per policy
• Maintain cash office security and tills
• Maintain front end supplies
• Monitor Operator Activity Report
• Perform cashier till audits and accuracy checks
• Maintain daily front-end schedule to ensure guest service level
• Support No Noticeable Wait policy at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
