Qualifications

• 2+ years in Cash Management, Wire Transfers, or Treasury Back Office.
• Familiarity with FIS Horizon is a major plus.
• Experience with Pay+, Montran, or Dragonfly is highly valued.
• The X-Factor: hungry-to-learn attitude and ability to pivot between teams.
• Customer-Centric: walk a corporate client through complex wire or platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of cash products, including account analysis, billing (FIS Horizon), and statement management (FCM).
• Execute and monitor high-value wire transfers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide high-level support to commercial customers via phone/email regarding wire transfers and online banking migrations.
• Assist with the transition from legacy systems to Digital One Commercial (D1C) and from Pay+ to Montran.
• Assist with daily reconciliations and treasury operational tasks to ensure seamless end-of-day processing.
