Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of cash products, including account analysis, billing (FIS Horizon), and statement management (FCM).
• Execute and monitor high-value wire transfers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide high-level support to commercial customers via phone/email regarding wire transfers and online banking migrations.
• Assist with the transition from legacy systems to Digital One Commercial (D1C) and from Pay+ to Montran.
• Assist with daily reconciliations and treasury operational tasks to ensure seamless end-of-day processing.

The Opportunity

This is a "hat-wearing" role where you will rotate across Cash Management, Treasury Back Office, and Wire Operations. As the bank undergoes a major digital transformation (migrating to FIS D1C and Montran), you will be at the forefront of the most modern core banking technology in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of cash products, including account analysis, billing (FIS Horizon), and statement management (FCM).
