Job summary

You will manage drawdowns for LOC awards, handle sponsored billing and AR, and prepare complex monthly billing analyses and invoices for projects requiring special formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with 3 years of related experience; strong Excel skills.
• Interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to collaborate with sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with LOC draws, billing, and financial reporting; PeopleSoft experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely drawdowns for LOC awards and other sponsored billing activities.
• Review and resolve issues in billing and accounts receivable; act as point of contact for invoicing.
• Prepare extensive monthly batch billing analyses and invoices for special-format projects.
• Maintain expertise in federal grant policies; support sponsor payment systems and reporting in PeopleSoft.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; support AR/Billing SME and AR Specialist.
