Job Description
Under the direction of the Cash Management Team Leader, performs all required functions in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines with Cash Management and special focus on Cash Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a primary point of contact for treasury management clients, assisting with inquiries, technical support, and problem resolution.
- Performs daily designated functions of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, Lockbox, Internal Sweeps, Business Online Banking, Business Online Wires and ACH Origination such as:
- Manage multiple work assignments, set priorities, and meet deadlines for daily work, reports, and onboarding services.
- Customer onboardings and training for RDC, Positive Pay, Wires, ACH Origination, Sweeps, Draws, client visits if needed.
- Yearly audits for all services and assist with updating procedures, policies, FDICIA guidelines, and risk assessments.
- Perform check imaging review, reconcile general ledger entries, accept/send ACH batch files, balance files, and correct exceptions.
- Process daily business online wire requests by deadline.
- Assist the Cash Management Client Service Team Leader with updates to rules and regulations.
- Maintain high knowledge of the Bank's cash management products and manage risks associated.
- Support Cash Management sales functions and ongoing relationship management activities.
- Assist in all areas of cash management and third-party processes such as ACH setups, password resets, transfers, support, and RSA token activation.
- Assist the Team Leader on special projects, including product implementation and procedure improvements.
- Provide primary customer service to resolve workflow, payment, or operational questions via various channels.
- Monitor and process service requests, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
- Work with customers and third-party providers to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Perform reporting on financial performance and product activity.
- Research and track customer requests and issues using the Marquis System CRM.
- Provide backup support for Electronic Banking and Deposit Operations.
- Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum three years of banking experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of banking and NACHA Operating Rules preferred.
