Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in banking operations, specifically in wire transfers, electronic payments, or cash management.
• Strong knowledge of federal banking regulations including Reg E, NACHA, OFAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily transaction operations including domestic wire transfers, ACH, Mobile Check Deposits, and internal transfers.
• Analyze and resolve Reg E dispute claims for ACHs ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines.
• Perform review and clear OFAC hits, and ensure all activities comply with BSA/AML standards.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding monetary requests, providing personalized service and maintaining professional relationships with customers and external financial institutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and support system upgrades or testing to enhance the efficiency of the Bank’s payment operations.
• Other duties as assigned
