Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Cash Products and Banking Services Specialist to support cash-related products across the organization. You will conduct industry research, analyze accounts, and produce reporting that informs strategic decisions for financial advisors and client services teams.

You will work with no-code platforms to build and improve client-facing forms, assist in training staff, and help enhance marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 0–3 years of related experience in financial services.
• Experience working with financial advisors and clients in wealth management or banking.

Responsibilities

• Support cash management products and banking services across the firm.
• Provide tier-two support to financial advisors and client services.
• Create and update client/internal documents and marketing materials.
• Develop and enhance client-facing forms using no-code platforms.
• Assist in training staff on products and services.
• Troubleshoot cash products-related issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns.
• Produce reporting from internal data for strategic decisions.
