Qualifications

• 0–3 years of financial services experience.
• Experience with financial advisors and clients in wealth management or banking settings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance cash management products and banking services.
• Provide tier-two support to financial advisors and client services teams.
• Create and update client and internal documents and marketing materials.
• Utilize no-code platforms to develop client-facing forms.
• Assist in staff training on products and services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cash products related issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote products to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to cash products.
• Utilize data to produce reporting for strategic decision-making.
• Document and maintain team procedures for consistency.
