Job summary

Chase is seeking a Cash Management Solutions Specialist in Business Banking to support branch-based customers with cash management needs. You will provide phone-based assistance, ensure smooth enrollment and activation, and partner with Small Business Specialists to deliver tailored solutions.

You will leverage product knowledge to recommend appropriate services, manage onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams while upholding risk controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or related business experience.
• General knowledge of Cash Management or banking products/solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and promote Cash Management solutions to branch managed clients within risk parameters and onboard via Chase Business Online onboarding.
• Engage with clients over the phone professionally.
• Ensure enrollment and activation for all recommended Cash Management solutions after implementation with follow-up.
• Build collaborative internal relationships with assigned partners.
• Pilot programs with internal teams and provide feedback, delivering projects on time with client focus.
• Document, track and follow all processes and protocols accurately and timely.
• Protect the firm by applying sound risk management and adhering to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
