Job summary

Brink's Minneapolis seeks a Cash Logistics Supervisor to lead inside currency operations and ensure secure, accurate daily workflows. The role supports the Cash Logistics Manager with safe, efficient armored car facility functioning in an armed environment.

Responsibilities include supervising cash staff, coordinating deposits, inventory, scheduling, and enforcing security and regulatory requirements while striving for high-quality service and adherence to contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years operations experience in a cash or vault processing environment.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to Cash Logistics employees.
• Oversee daily cash operations including deposits, change orders, inventory, and branch/vault check in/out.
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis.
• Create employee scheduling to support daily workload.
• Adhere to SLA performance and contract requirements.
• Leverage systems and processes to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Secure inventories by enforcing controls and ensuring quality compliance with security procedures.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies, procedures and laws.
• Maintain accurate records, handle customer inquiries, and balance transactions daily.
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
