Job summary

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is seeking a Cash Logistics Supervisor to lead the inside currency operation, ensure security of liabilities, and manage daily workflow in an armed environment.

The role requires supervisory experience in cash or vault processing, firearms licensing, a guard card, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. We value integrity, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years operations experience in a cash or vault processing environment.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to Cash Logistics employees.
• Oversee daily cash operations and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and company policies.
• Create staff schedules to meet daily workload.
• Support branch goals and performance targets.
• Coordinate with management to improve processes and efficiency.
