Brink’s Inc is seeking a Cash Manager II to oversee inside currency operations and support the Branch Manager in a secure, efficient armored car facility. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and drive continuous process improvements to protect assets and serve customers.

The role emphasizes high ethical standards, strict security, and reliable program delivery in a dynamic cash logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operations experience in cash/vault processing.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass Department of Transportation requirements.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a guard card.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cash Logistics employees on the first line.
• Maintain safe, secure environment for staff and customers.
• Drive cost, quality and efficiency through process improvements.
• Ensure high quality customer service and secure inventories.
• Enforce security procedures and reduce loss and injuries.
