Job summary

Golden Nugget Laughlin is seeking a Player Service Representative to assist customers with currency exchanges for casino chips, credit, and cash, issue and redeem markers, and process deposits and withdrawals.

You will balance funds, issue Players Club cards, stay informed about promotions, and protect customers' rewards and credit lines while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of cash handling experience.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal and communicate clearly with the public.
• Knowledge of 10 key and balancing of banks.
• Solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
• Minimum age is 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sale and redemption of casino chips and coin for cash (chips, foreign chips) and other like money items.
• Issuance and redemption of Markers
• Customer deposits/withdrawals.
• Cashing of checks utilizing computer terminals.
• Establish new computer accounts and process document requirements for credit, check cashing with policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Balancing assigned funds.
• Create and issue Players Club cards and promote the program and related promotions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of player tracking system, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information.
• Ensure the protection of customer’s rewards and credit lines.
