Job summary

TJ Maxx is hiring at a customer-focused retail position. You will engage with customers to provide a high level of service, process transactions, and support merchandising and store operations. A flexible schedule will be required to meet business needs and peak times.

Join our team to contribute to a clean, organized store environment, support loyalty programs, and participate in safety and loss-prevention efforts. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Rings purchases/returns and manages change under standard procedures.
• Supports and promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and ensures store cleanliness and safety.
• Adheres to labor laws and loss prevention standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
