Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow safety and loss-prevention standards.
• Accurately ring up purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and restock according to procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and general housekeeping throughout the day.
• Support shrink reduction programs and store safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
