The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods in Montgomery Township, PA is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfied shopping experience.

You’ll engage with customers, promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, work a flexible schedule, and perform opening/closing duties while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and promoting programs.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Follow loss prevention and safety standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain floor and store cleanliness.
