Job summary

The HomeGoods team at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an associate in Dresher, PA. You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment in alignment with company standards.

You’ll be cross-trained to support multiple store areas, promote credit and loyalty programs, and uphold merchandising procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back per procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Participates in store safety and recovery activities
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Other duties as assigned
