Job summary

Vital Holdings LLC is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to help improve cash collections and DSO metrics. You will support the Area Vice President and responsible locations while handling end-to-end daily financial transactions.

The role collaborates with AR invoicing and Cash Applications teams to deliver a positive customer experience for ~40,000 clients and contribute to $200M+ revenue annually.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting processes and daily financial transactions.
• Familiarity with billing guidelines and customer disputes.
• Knowledge of collections methodologies and metrics.
• Experience using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio of clients and manage AR collections.
• Investigate non-payment through dunning letters and calls.
• Collaborate with AR invoicing and cash applications teams.
• Escalate uncollected accounts and review aging.
• Attend monthly AVP/DOO meetings regarding aging.
• Maintain relationships across departments and with customers.
• Suggest process improvements to workflows.
• Research and resolve billing, cash application and account issues.
