Job summary

Uline is seeking a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. This on-site role handles payments, reconciliations and payment data reviews to ensure account accuracy for our North American operations.

Typical duties include processing checks and electronic payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining reports. Availability Monday and Friday, with Thursdays optional, in a fast-growing company known for stability and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Pay from $25 to $27 per hour

Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Required Availability: Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.
