Job summary

Uline is seeking a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team in Wisconsin. You will process customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate account activity while supporting North American operations.

This on-site role offers 15–20 hours weekly, with Monday and Friday availability and a Thursday optional, paid at $25–$27 per hour. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires accurate data entry and strong communication skills.
• Experience with accounts receivable or banking is a plus.
• Proficient in Word and Excel with ability to maintain reports.
