Uline is seeking a Cash Applications / Financial Operations Specialist to join our Finance team. This role will ensure accurate processing of customer payments and maintain account accuracy for our North American company. Location: 2200 S.

Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085. You will handle checks, electronic payments and card transactions, research discrepancies, and produce essential department reports. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
