Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to ensure accurate processing of customer payments and maintain account integrity across North America. This role supports Finance with timely reconciliation and data entry.

You will process checks, electronic payments and cards, investigate discrepancies, prepare reports, and collaborate with partners to match payments to customer accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
