CRC Group in Birmingham, AL seeks an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee daily accounting processes, drive accuracy and efficiency, and mentor a team across AP, AR, and general ledger. You will lead month-end closes, ensure internal controls, and partner with auditors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with CPA preferred. Strong communication and process-improvement skills are essential.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience.

This role manages a team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities while driving process improvements and adherence to internal controls.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
