Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger, while ensuring internal controls and timely reporting.

The role drives month-end close, process improvements, and staff mentoring, with a focus on GAAP adherence and ERP system proficiency. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience is required; CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP platforms.

• Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization.

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS

• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Additional accounting or finance-related certifications are a plus.
